NV Property Fund I Ky has on 13 December sold a property located in Tammiston kauppatie 11, Vantaa to Slättö’s specialised logistics arm Evolv. The property has a lettable area of nearly 20 000 sq.m. of which majority is leased to logistics and retail operators.
