During the summer, NV Property Fund I Ky has been involved in three real estate transactions.
In early June, the fund sold a 12,150 square meter headquarter and production property leased to Lumene in Kauklahti, Espoo, to OP-Rental Yield.
Later in June, another fully let property was sold at Suursaarenkatu 3, Kotka. The majority of the property is leased to Tokmanni.
In Helsinki, the land exchange and sale of parcel required by the city plan were carried out with the City of Helsinki in order to enable the development of the so-called Pöllölaakso area for residential use. In terms of building rights, the extent of the area is circa 43,000 square meters. The excellent public transport links, recreational facilities of the Central Park, and a short distance to the city center create an exceptional basis for residential development.
